Placing An Order

Using a Credit Card, Debit Card, Bank Transfer, or PayPal Balance:
Click the Add To Cart button next to the items you want to purchase to add them to your shopping cart.
When you are ready to check out, click the View Cart button. Review your order and make any necessary
changes. Then click the Check Out button. You can pay with a credit card, debit card, bank transfer, or
PayPal balance through the online PayPal payment system. All payment account information is encrypted
using PayPal's Secure Socket Layer Protocol (SSL). You don't have to have a PayPal account in order to
pay using PayPal.

Using a Personal Check:
To order and pay using a personal check, click the Personal Checks button in the navigation bar at the top
of the screen. Do not order by clicking the Add To Cart buttons next to artworks, as this method requires
paying by credit card, debit card, bank transfer, or PayPal balance.

Shipping

Once your payment has been cleared by PayPal, your order will be shipped via UPS or USPS. All
shipments to P.O. Boxes will be shipped via USPS. Please allow 7-14 days for shipping. If any items used
to fulfill your order, such as mats or frames, are on backorder, I will promptly notify you of the delay.

Orders shipping to Virginia will be charged 5% sales tax.

Free shipping on original watercolor paintings. Shipping and handling rates apply only to framed prints
and matted prints.

Notice:
Due to high fuel costs, shipping vendors have added a fuel surcharge to their regular shipping rates. The
shipping rates in the above table will be lowered accordingly when fuel surcharges are lowered or lifted by
shipping vendors.

Tracking Your Order

If you wish to inquire about the status of your order, please refer to the Tracking Number in your Shipping
Confirmation E-Mail. Contact the carrier for assistance by clicking USPS or UPS below or by calling the
1-800 phone numbers. If you didn't receive a Tracking Number, then tracking service isn't available for
your package.

Returns and Cancellations

Cancellations
You may cancel your order at any time during the checkout process. Once you complete your order, you
may cancel it up until the shipping process begins. Please see the instructions under Tracking Your Order
for further information. To cancel an order before it has been shipped, please send me an e-mail at
nancy@nancydejesus.com or click the link below. Include in your e-mail your full name, date of order, your
billing address, your phone number, and your Receipt Number (the number in the yellow box in the
payment confirmation e-mail you received from PayPal). Your account with which you made the payment
will be credited.

Returns
If you believe the items you ordered were damaged due to shipping, please e-mail immediately at
nancy@nancydejesus.com or click the link below. You need to e-mail within 48 hours of receipt of your
order. After receiving your e-mail, I will file a claim with the shipping vendor. You must keep all original
packaging and products until settlement of the claim. I will replace any damaged items in your order free of
charge.

If you believe the items you ordered are defective or you received the wrong items, please e-mail me at
nancy@nancydejesus.com or click the above link to obtain a return shipping label and/or other return
instructions. E-mail me within three days of receipt of your order. I will replace any defective or incorrect
items free of charge.

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return it within 14 days of the date you received
it. Items must be in original condition and packaging. You'll receive a full refund, excluding shipping
charges. Your account with which you made the payment will be credited. E-mail me at
nancy@nancydejesus or click the above link to receive directions for returning an order. You'll need to
include a copy of the packing slip.

Privacy Notice   

Your privacy and security are important to me. I do not share information you provide when contacting me
with outside parties. When I respond to your comments or questions, I will reply to the address used in
your e-mail. I won't use your e-mail address for any other reasons unless requested by you.

I only use the information you provide when placing an order to fulfill your order. I do not share your
personal information for any reasons other than those necessary to fulfill your order, such as credit card
verification and shipping.
